Financial
Grant funding from our foundation is designed to assist organizations and initiatives that align with our mission to create meaningful, lasting change in our community. We provide financial support, primarily as general operating grants, to nonprofits and projects that demonstrate a clear vision, strong leadership, and the potential for positive impact in their communities. Our goal is to foster innovation, sustainability, and collaboration, helping our grantees scale their efforts and reach their full potential to address critical needs and improve lives.

47th Avenue Foundation provides more than financial support to our partners by also offering capacity building services. We offer tailored support in areas such as strategic planning, operational efficiency, leadership development, and resource management, all aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. By helping nonprofits build the internal structures and capabilities needed for long-term success, we ensure that they are better equipped to serve their communities and create a lasting impact.
