Their collaborative approach creates a stronger safety net for vulnerable youth

No More Under
No More Under raises awareness and promotes water safety to prevent drowning, especially in communities of color. Through swim lessons, safety campaigns, and life jacket distribution, they’ve reached thousands of children and families in the Puget Sound area. Their mission is to ensure every family has access to the tools and knowledge to stay safe in and around water.

Lucy Strong
Lucy Strong provides support and advocacy for children and families facing life-threatening illnesses. By offering financial assistance, family events, and community connections, they ensure that families navigating medical challenges feel supported and less alone. Lucy Strong empowers families to face adversity with resilience and hope.

Justice for Girls Coalition
The Justice for Girls Coalition advocates for systemic change to improve the lives of girls impacted by the juvenile justice system in Washington State. Through policy reform, community-based programming, and storytelling, they address inequities and elevate the voices of girls and their families. Their work fosters equity, safety, and opportunities for vulnerable youth.

Junior Achievement of Washington
Junior Achievement of Washington inspires and prepares over 85,000 young people annually to achieve success through programs focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. With hands-on experiences like JA BizTown and JA Finance Park, students gain real-world skills and knowledge that empower them to navigate their futures with confidence. Junior Achievement equips youth to make informed choices and build prosperous communities.

Highly Hated Foundation
The Highly Hated Foundation works to inspire and empower youth through mentorship, arts, and education. By fostering creativity and self-expression, they engage with at-risk youth in under-resourced communities, helping them build confidence and pursue brighter futures. Their programs emphasize resilience, positivity, and leadership development.

Grassroot Projects
Grassroot Projects addresses food insecurity and education inequities in underrepresented communities through direct engagement and sustainable solutions. Their impactful programs, including food distribution, community gardens, and youth mentorship, have empowered hundreds of families to build self-sufficiency. By fostering local leadership and collaboration, Grassroot Projects creates lasting change from the ground up.

Community School of West Seattle
The Community School of West Seattle offers a nurturing, play-based learning environment that fosters creativity, exploration, and growth in young children. With programs serving children from infancy through pre-kindergarten, their curriculum promotes social development and curiosity while empowering families to take an active role in their child’s early education. The school’s holistic approach ensures that children feel supported and ready to thrive.

Center for Children & Youth Justice
The Center for Children & Youth Justice (CCYJ) works to transform Washington State's juvenile justice and child welfare systems to better serve youth and families. Through equity-driven solutions, they advocate for systemic reform and address disparities impacting vulnerable children. Their innovative programs and policy work create opportunities for brighter futures and stronger communities.

Bellevue Arts Museum
Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) serves as a leading center for the exploration of art, craft, and design in the Pacific Northwest. Annually, the museum attracts approximately 50,000 visitors who engage with its dynamic exhibitions and programs. BAM also hosts the Bellevue Arts Museum Arts Fair, one of the largest arts and crafts events in the region, drawing over 350,000 visitors each year. Through its diverse offerings, BAM fosters creativity and inspires conversations within the community.

Associated Recreation Council
In partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, the Associated Recreation Council (ARC) offers a diverse range of recreational, cultural, and educational programs across Seattle. With 36 advisory councils and programs in 13 neighborhood community centers, ARC provides half-day preschool programs and after-school classes for over 1,000 children in nine elementary schools. Their initiatives, including sports leagues and art classes, aim to strengthen community connections and enhance quality of life for residents of all ages.

Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center
Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center serves more than 400 individuals with disabilities annually through equine-assisted therapy programs. Their innovative approach combines horseback riding with physical, occupational, and speech therapy to improve strength, confidence, and independence. Little Bit fosters a sense of community and inclusion for riders, volunteers, and families.

Family First Community Center is a beacon of opportunity for underserved families in Renton, Washington, offering programs focused on health, wellness, and education.
